Want to be happier each and every day?   Follow the lead of the world's happiest people and do these seven things every day: Wake up and say ARG!   That stands for anticipation , recollection and gratitude .  Spend a few minutes anticipating something positive, then think about a really wonderful memory, and finally take a few moments to list what you are grateful for.  This will jumpstart your day and get you on the happy track for the rest of the day. Say Yes to Peace By Saying NO

I am not very good at saying NO.  As a recovering people pleaser, it's in my nature to say yes to everything.  Then, I get super stressed, grumpy and resentful.  Saying NO is something I want to do more of so I can have a more peaceful life.  Since I am not an expert on this by any means, I did some research on how to say no so you can say yes to the life you want.
