I WILL Lose 30 pounds in 20 weeks

Slimming down before you hit menopause is one of the best things you can do for your future self. 
By getting to a healthy weight and staying there, you will cut your risk for breast cancer and heart disease.  And you will reduce hot flashes and have an easier, smoother menopause.  Not to mention, increasing your mood, energy and happiness.  Here is my goal:

By Memorial Day, May 29, 2016 (20 weeks from now), I will lose 30 pounds and take off 20 inches.  Current weight is 171.6 pounds.

I will check in with you all every four weeks and post another picture and my weight loss and inches lost stats.  Here's to a healthy 2016 for all of us!  This is our year!
